”The location is the best, the staff is ok but room had not vent in the bathroom which is unacceptable, the AC did not work well, the breakfast buffet did not have coffee, just colored water with not flavor at all. I booked the hotel online and I wasn't advise that next to my room there will be construction work the hotel told me at check in🙄”

”We loved everything about Hotel Cucuve! The service is top notch. The beds and bedding so comfortable, slept great every night. The location is perfect, easily walkable to pretty much anywhere we wanted to go. Loved the terrace that was available for us to use by Bahia Mar. We spent a lot of our downtime there. ”This place was insanely nice. It must be the nicest accommodation near Santa Cruz. The people who work here are so kind and helpful. I loved talking to Rebecca. Right in front of the hotel there are lights that attract sharks, rays, sea lions, and fish, so you can sit at the restaurant with a drink or meal and watch wildlife right in front of you without leaving the hotel!
