”Spent 3 nights here. The hotel was as advertised - right across from the beach, bright and well appointed with a small balcony that opened out to the road across from the beach. ”Hotel Volcano is in a great location close to shopping, food, and the beach. We had a lovely stay here and the included breakfast was great. We had some difficulty booking from outside the country though. Even through I booked through hotels.com, they made me call and pay with my card by phone which I didn’t feel comfortable with. In the end everything worked out but I booked through hotels.com to avoid putting my card info out there. ”

”Abel was very kind and flexible when I checked in. The view from my room was amazing!! The facility was nice for the cost. The only drawback was that the WiFi didn’t reach to my room, so I had to stay by the lobby in order to use it. ”We moved this place, from its location right across the beach, to the decor and service. The place is spotless and the room’s decor and furnishing were top notch. Comfortable beds and the perfect view. Our room led to a mini jacuzzi and it was perfect for relaxing after a day full of tours and activities. ”This property is advertised as a hotel but it’s actually an apartment. It’s a great apartment, with two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, and a great room downstairs with direct access to the beach. However, I cannot get past the deceit.
