”The house was clean, well styled, well maintained and absolutely more gorgeous than the photos. We loved how well the home has been restored, eg. amazing water pressure, nice hot water, high end finishes, while maintaining the original architecture! The home was peaceful and had everything we needed for our stay, including for our infant. Our only regret is that we couldn't stay longer!”

”Maria welcomed us warmly and was the perfect balance of being on hand for any queries and giving us privacy as well. The house was beautiful and peaceful, well located with lots of sights in easy reach by car. ”The view from the house to the sea – and partly to the mountains – is stunning. The house is spacious and super clean. The living space is great. The bedrooms and bathrooms are big with quality bed linen and towels; the beds are comfy. The atmosphere in the garden is amazing, with decorative terraces and a lovely pool. The owners and the local hosts are extremely helpful and friendly. I can only find superlatives to describe this property and our family holiday in Soller.”

”Die "Casa Julia" ist wirklich sehr zu empfehlen. Super Lage, sehr ruhig und trotzdem schnell in der Stadt. Schöner Pool, Hollywoodschaukel, billiardtisch und volleyballfeld. Außerdem gibt es sehr viele Sitzmöglichkeiten. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.”

”Das Haus ist wunderschön mit Blick auf die Berge gelegen. Der Ausblick von der Dachterasse ist grandios. Das Haus ist riesig und sehr geschmackvoll zum Stil des Hauses eingerichtet. Der Weg in die Innenstadt ist gut zu Fuss zu machen. Das Autofahren in Soller ist ein kleines Abenteuer und nichts für schwache Nerven. Der Aufenthalt war großartig.”

”Älteres Haus in ruhiger, ländlicher Lage bei Binissalem. Küche mit allen notwendigen Utensilien ausgestattet, auch eine Grundausstattung mit Gewürzen etc. war dort vorhanden. Der Pool (Luftmatratze und Schwimmtiere vorhanden!) und die Terrasse sind besonders gut. Ebenso gibt es einen großen Carport. Gäste mit kleinen Kindern finden auch Kinderbetten und einen abgeschatteten Spielplatz vor. Unsere Wünsche an das Haus: konstanter Wasserdruck, kein Stromausfall bei Regen, Insektengitter. ”Quiet and nice, except for the diesel generator, which starts when the battery of the building is low. The building is not connected to the electricity grid. It runs for four hours, but you get used to it… Use the upper bathroom for warm showers. Small car a plus as the way up to the house is narrow. The pool is good for cooling down, less so for swimming (except for small kids who can swim…).”

”Hotelli on loistavalla paikalla, helppo tulla. Kävelimme lentokentältä, mutta myös bussipysäkki lähellä. Loistavat parvekkeet ja hyvä jääkaappi. Huoneessa oli jo valmiiksi tiskiharja ja tiskiainetta, siitä plussaa. Miinusta tulee siitä, että huoneessa oli ainoastaan muutama pistorasia ja keittolevyt olivat melko tehottomat. Myös normaalia kahvinkeitintä kaipailin, huoneessa oli ainoastaan " pressopannu". Mukit olisivat myös kahvikuppeja kivemmat käyttää. Allasalue oli siisti. Henkilökunta oli...

"Hotelli oli perus siisti ja palvelu pääosin ystävällistä. Meillä oli puolihoito joka oli ihan timanttia. Aamianen oli monipuolinen. Sesonkiajan ulkopuolella matkustettaessa saimme kolmen ruokalajin illallisen pöytään tarjoiltuna. Juomat ei kuuluneet hintaan, mutta puolihoito oli niin edullinen, ettei tämä haitannut. Huoneet oli perus siistit, mutta lattian siivous oli hieman puutteelinen. Matkustus aikaamme vk13 hotellissa oli rauhallista, majoittujia suhteellisen vähän. Sesonkiaikaan varmasti rauhattomampaa. Äänieristys huoneissa oli heikko. Hotellin ilmanvaihto oli onneton huoneissa. Maaliskuun viimeisellä viikolla aurinko lämmitti jo huonetta melkoisesti, eikä ilmalämpöpumppua saanut puhaltamaan kuin 24 asteista ilmaa. Meille kerrottiin sen olevan talviasetuksella, eikä asialle voinut tehdä mitään. Saimme onneksi siirron hotellin varjoisalle puolelle, joten huoneen lämpö ei noussut niin paljon, mutta ilma ei kyllä vaihtunut sielläkään. Kerran varasimme spa osaston käyttöömme. Siellä ei ollut pukuhuonetta eikä kunnon pukeutumis tilaa. Mukana olevat tavarat piti laskea lattialle, suihkutiloissa ei ollut pesuainetta, eikä mitään laskutilaa omille pesutuotteille. Tiloihin päästettiin kerraallaan max 6henkilöä. Saunat eivät myöskään olleet lämpimiä kun menimme sinne, vaan meidän piti odotella niiden lämpiämistä 30 min ja tuo kylpylä aika oli 1h. Hyvä ruoka ja palvelu tässä hotellissa oli iso plussa."
