Stay at our 2 bedroom apartment just a 5-min walk from the beach! This 2 story unit is ideal for groups and families that travel together but still like some privacy. Each room has their full bathroom and AC, a hammock is also available to chill in the afternoons and the second bedroom has direct access to your own private terrace to enjoy a outdoor meal or maybe just enjoy the afternoon breeze.

-Bedrooms:
The master bedroom is on the first floor, featuring a queen size bed, AC and and ensuite bathroom.

The secondary bedroom is located in the second floor, and it features a king size bed, AC, and ensuite bathroom and access to a private terrace.

-Kitchen and Dining Area:
The fully equipped kitchenette allows you to prepare delicious meals, and the dining area seats up to 5 people for a cozy dining experience.

-Living Room:
In the living room, you'll find a sofa and a TV where you can rest after a long day. The space also includes a ceiling fan and air conditioning for your comfort.

-Laundry Room
To provide a more comfortable stay we provide a washer and dryer in your unit.

-Terrace:
Enjoy the Caribbean breeze from the terrace where you can sit and even have an outdoor picnic.

-Outdoor/Common Areas:
Relax in the rooftop where you can enjoy the sun and the Caribbean vibes.

NOTE:
In this peaceful retreat with a family-friendly atmosphere, we prioritize the tranquility of all our guests. To maintain a relaxing environment, parties and loud noises/music are not permitted during the night. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

We have 2 friendly dogs that live in the property, Pele and Chocolate will be more than happy to greet you upon your arrival!

It is necessary to complete an online check in form prior to your arrival and provide the IDs of the guests staying at the property.

Your stay includes a cleaning before your arrival and another at the end of your visit. If you’d like additional cleaning during your stay, please feel free to let us know in advance, and we’d be happy to arrange it for you for a small extra fee.

RULES DURING YOUR STAY✨

-The reservation is exclusively for the registered guests. Visitors, additional guests, and pets are not allowed.
-Please respect our quiet hours from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am.
-Please do not smoke inside the property or consume illegal substances. There will be a minimum $250 penalty fee if it is determined that there was smoking in your room during your reservation period.
-The use of speakers is only allowed inside the property, during the day, at a moderate volume, and with doors and windows closed.
-Towels are for the bathroom; please do not use them to clean makeup or sunscreen, we want them to stay in good condition!
-To care for the environment and avoid plumbing issues, please do not dispose of paper or other items in the toilets.
-Hanging towels or clothes on balconies or windows visible to neighbors is prohibited.
-Please do not leave trash in common areas or outside the apartment. If you don’t know where to dispose of it, ask us!

⚠️ IMPORTANT:

-In case of loss of keys, cards, wristbands, parking passes, or towels, replacement will cost $20 USD each.
-For any rule violation, the condo or the neighborhood committee may charge a penalty of up to $200 USD or take legal action (eviction, police involvement) due to misconduct ⚖️.
-7 nights or more reservations include only 20kWh of electricity per night. Excessive consumption will incur a charge of 5 pesos per extra kWh ⚡. With responsible use, this should not be exceeded.
-You will have total privacy during your stay, but if an emergency (such as flooding, leaks, fire, etc.) arises that requires our access, we will notify you in advance ⏳.
