On foot: Given the compact layout of Playa del Carmen, especially in the downtown and tourist area near Fifth Avenue, walking is an excellent option. It's a pleasant and easy way to explore shops, restaurants, and beaches.



Bicycle: Renting a bike is a popular and eco-friendly option.



Car rental: For those who want to explore the Riviera Maya at their own pace, renting a car is a good option. There are several car rental agencies in the city.



Other Things to Note:

Your stay includes one cleaning before your arrival and another at the end of your stay. If you need additional cleaning during your stay, we will be happy to coordinate it for an extra cost. We just need you to let us know in advance so we can schedule it.



Before your arrival, we will ask you for a passport photo or ID of each of the guests who will be staying and to sign the condominium regulations to have a good coexistence with the neighbors.



The condominium is regularly fumigated against pests, but due to the humid climate of the city and vegetation, you may find small insects or animals such as ants.



The condominium has visible security cameras. None that invade the privacy of the guests, they are located in common areas and are to reinforce the security of the condominium.
