Exclusive Beach Front Condo with Private Beach Access
Vive El Sueño (Live The Dream) is a large, newly renovated 3-bedroom condo with a fourth interior bedroom perfect for helpers or small children. The unit sleeps as many as 10 people.

LIVING SPACE
The condo is bright and beautifully decorated. A sectional couch and table are situated for family enjoyment, along with a large, flat screen television. The dining room has an exquisite handmade Parota wood table with eight dining chairs. At the breakfast bar are three stools.

KITCHEN
The kitchen is well equipped with oven, stove, double door refrigerator, and dishwasher, as well as ample cupboard space. Smaller appliances such as a coffee maker, blender, toaster, and kettle are also available for your use, as are basic pantry items and utensils. There is also a washer and dryer for your use throughout your stay.

Stunning Playa del Carmen 4 Bdr Condo Features
The primary bedroom has a king-size bed, large walk-in closet, and sliding glass doors lead you out to the deck and the hot tub. The bathroom has a shower and double sinks and this room is where the unit's safe is installed.

The second bedroom also has its own bathroom and sliding door to its own private balcony. There are two queen beds in this room as well as a desk for working.

The third bedroom has a double bed with a trundle bed, single size, housed underneath. This room also has an en-suite bathroom and a private balcony.

The optional fourth bedroom is suitable for a helper travelling with you or can be used for a young child requiring guard rails for sleeping. This room has an small en-suite bathroom but no exterior access/views. It is where we have our laundry facilties.

DECK & POOL
On the verandah you will find a family dining table for enjoying your meal al fresco. There are two chairs & a table for quiet morning coffee, outside of the master bedroom, and two lounge chairs on the plunge pool deck for basking in the sun. The wraparound, shallow plunge pool is perfect for a quick cool off and for those little ones who need supervision. The pool is maintained daily by the condominium staff.

World-Class Amenities
The condo has one of the largest pools in the region. You can find the concierge, spa, and gym at the front entrance, tennis courts on the north side of the property, and discounted green fees at the Gran Coyote Golf Course, designed by pro golfer Nick Price and part of the area complex. In the condo you will find Wi-Fi, as well as ExpatTV, a television service that includes live TV from the U.S., Canada, Europe, and around the world, along with a HUGE library of on-demand movies and TV series with new content added daily.

Notes:
Guests have full access to Mareazul's amenities, including the 130-meter pool, private beach, Beach Club, spa, gym, tennis courts, and the Gran Coyote Golf Course with special rates. There’s also a children’s play area and restaurants within the complex, ensuring a convenient and comfortable stay.
NOTE: Nov 2024 - the play structures have been removed temporarily due to corrosion and out of an abundance of caution for children's safety. New equipment will arrive February 2025.

You have the whole unit to yourself for your entire stay. After your first entry you will have a parking pass for automatic entry, and a passcode for the door for self check-in.

While I will not necessarily be available, I count on Andrés, my Property Manager to be available to support your needs. He is available to you before your arrival for special arrangements such as pre-arrival groceries, tour planning, or even organizing a local cook to bring you meals. He will provide you with pricing for each service accordingly.

The plunge pool surrounding the verandah is private to the condo only. It is 80 square meters and shallow.

The condo is all on one floor and is accessible from the garden as well.
For those with mobility issues, there is only one small step of about 6" to enter the building. The condominium administration provides a ramp for this.

Cleaning/Linens Fee Explained: Our cleaning lady charges us $40 for a regular cleaning. Laundry must be sent out after each guest. In Mexico is it taken to the Lavanderia and is weighed for pricing. The cost of laundry ranges from $85-$200USD depending upon whether it is wet or dry, includes multiple blankets, or your visit requires a wash of every room vs just a few. This is a shared cost with my guests.
