- Travelers must be at least 21 years old to book.

- Guests might be required to present an official ID at check-in or during the stay.

- No more guests than those listed on the reservation are allowed.

- Electricity fees: Electricity is included during your stay, but please use it consciously. For monthly Rentals electricity is not included.

- No smoking of any kind inside the condo! Failure to comply results in a $300 fine.

- No parties, events, or excessive noise after 10 pm. Please respect the neighbors.

- Hanging clothes or towels over the balcony is not allowed.

- Cleaning service is available at an extra cost. Let us know in advance to book it.

- There are outdoor security cameras for safety and security.

- Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay.

- Pets are not allowed.

- Pool & Gym needs a reservation in order to access it, you can reserve at the casa club at the entrance of the complex.

- Pool and common area rules and hours must be respected.

- If you are bringing your car, kindly let us know in advance so we can provide you with the garage remote control.

- No unregistered guests will be permitted on the property without written permission from the property management.

- Check-in and check-out times must be respected. Please advise if you would like an early check-in or a late check-out. Fees may apply.

- Our goal is to ensure a pleasant stay with us, so please let us know immediately if you feel something needs our attention (something fixed, changed, replaced, etc.) so we can fix it at the appropriate time.

- We allow 1 change of dates for all of our reservations, within at least 20 days of the arrival date. Stays between December 15 and January 15 are not allowed to make changes to their reservations.

- We are kind and respectful to all of our guests and their families/friends, so please return the favor to our staff. Thank you!
