Tämän huoneistorakennuksen palveluihin kuuluu ulkouima-allas, lastenallas ja concierge-palvelut. Lisäksi majoituspaikassa on puutarha ja tallelokero vastaanotossa. El Faro Oceanfront by Bric tarjoaa 20 ilmastoitua huonetta, joissa on tallelokero (johon mahtuu kannettava tietokone) ja kahvin-/teenkeitin. Huoneessa on parveke. Näissä yksilöllisesti sisustetuissa ja kalustetuissa huoneissa on oleskelualue. Vuoteissa on untuvapeitot. Tämän 4 tähden huoneiston huoneissa on keittiö, jossa on täysikokoinen jääkaappipakastin, liesi, mikroaaltouuni ja erillinen ruokailualue.

One of the best places in Playa Del Carmen to stay

We really enjoyed our stay at El Faro Residences. We initially had a few hiccups with the Bric Rental management company that misadvertised the availability of two double beds in the 2nd bedroom (the most any room had was a single and double in the 2nd bedroom). The management company agent was VERY rude over the phone so I was nervous getting to El Faro. However, after we got there, everything was pretty amazing and the building attendant specific to Bric properties (Josue) was just so helpful. El Faro is ideally located close to 5th avenue and right on the beach. They clean the seaweed every morning from the beach, but the high volume of beach goers in that area leads to cigarette buds and wooden sticks all over the sand. You have to go all the way to Playacar to find really clean white sand, but then you miss out on the closeness to nightlife and food. The condo was clean and everything is set up beautifully. Bric Rentals provides bottled water, maid service, and a local phone in its units. We stayed on the Reef side and had no noise issues, though beware of staying on the Surf side as it is right next to the club. You can actually see the gorgeous sunrise from the balcony if you are on the reef side facing the pool/beach. Overall, we had a great experience!

Overall our stay was good! We stayed there 8 days and it was very pleasant. The toilet in the main bedroom would stop working at times and you had to dump a bucket of water in to keep it going. The AC in the 2nd bedroom would run but not release cold air. We contacted the property manager and I believe they may have gone to check it out but was never fixed, also the living area AC stopped working the first day we arrived and was never fixed. Luckily, the main bedroom’s AC was working so we just used that one and left the door open so that it can circulate throughout the whole condo. The view was amazing. The smell of the seaweed that had walked up to the shore was pretty strong, but we understood why because NATURE of course. Salvador was our guy. He was good at communicating with us overall. There were a couple times where it took a few WhatsApp msgs before he finally replied but he was helpful when needed. I enjoyed my trip to Playa del Carmen and will be back soon!

Our stay at el faro was almost perfect. The unit itself was a little more used than the pictures lead you to believe but it did not impact our stay at all. We had plenty of space and 3 bathrooms. The facility is fairly small which made going from your apartment to pool very easy. The security guards were more than helpful with the chairs and umbrellas. The location can’t be beat! We would stay here again in a second. Things to note: a towel exchange would have been nice halfway through. We didn’t know where the laundry was. We also did not have any hand towels or kitchen towels. That was really our only complaint. Adding a few smaller towels and wash clothes (there were none) would have been an easy helpful addition...or at least letting us know ahead of time so we could bring our own. The hotel workers were all so nice and really cared about the facility. We saw them hand scrubbing the pool every day. I was really nervous to book through a rental agency I knew nothing about, but everything went perfectly.

Perfect for what we wanted

Great property if you are not looking for something in Playa del Carmen that’s not an all-inclusive. We spent two days at Xcaret/Xplor and the location couldn’t have been easier. The cab ride was about 310 pesos each way and there is a taxi stand about 100 yards from the hotel. Walking distance to everything else we needed as well. Things were clean and well-kept inside the hotel. Would definitely stay here again.

A quiet oasis from the hubub and noise of Playa del Carmen centro. Great location for all the things available in el centro. Amazing pool, view, place to hang out. Gorgeous apartment. Water in a cooler and more water deliverable. Everything worked. Clean. Great communication with Anjel from BRIC property management.

The property is very well taken care off and it is beautiful. The apartment was clean and spacious. Our stay was very pleasant. I had read before that towels were not provided, but they are. The swimming pool is very nice as well. We had a room facing the ocean, so we had an amazing view. The only issue was that we run out of water and were told we would get more, but we never did. Also, we left our towels on the beach chairs for about 5 minutes to go to the ocean and they were taking away by the property security saying that we cannot leave things unattended, that was not right. They are not supposed to take things until after an hour. Other than that everything was good

We liked everything about El Faro. The location is super convenient right in the middle of all the bars and restaurants, but it was super quiet in the condo. The condo and grounds are kept immaculate. The front desk staff was pleasant and Miguel, from Bric, did an excellent job of communicating regarding our anticipated arrival. He was waiting for us in the lobby when we arrived. Now for the bad news...we only stayed one night at the end of a longer trip down the coast...we regretted that we only had one night at El Faro.

Pros: Great security, nice pool, nice room, excellent location, Starbucks within one min walk, nice patio area and super cold a/c. We felt very safe the entire time. Very good restaurant selection nearby and Walmart groceries within like 6 blocks. Our kids loved it! Cons: hard to find after a long flight and in the dark, only provided 1 set of bath towels and one set of pool towels for our entire 5 day stay, ocean view is obstructed by palm trees. The water pressure is very low in the showers. There is no parking for the unit in the parking garage on the property, however parking can be found on the street (white curbs not yellow) about 3-4 blocks away.

Staff (Ricardo) was fantastic! He accommodated our late night delayed arrival, gave a personal tour of the property the next day, set us up with a great tour operator who came to us with VR technology and helped during various issues we had (son’s missing stuffed animal). Overall, great experience. Condo was perfect and pool/security were excellent with an amazing central location. Go! You won’t regret the experience.

The soap and shampoo, which we expected to be in the apartment, were not available upon arrival. We had to go to a store to buy them. In Day 2, when we came back to the apartment from the outing, then there were soaps and shampoo. We asked about the parking issue and wanted to have clear communication, which wasn't done timely and properly. As no one clearly informed us how/where to park, we ended up parking outside of the apartment and were warned to get a ticket by the police. Nicely enough, the individual in the parking booth took care of our inconvenient issue with the police, but we weren't pleased about the fact that we could have gotten a ticket. The management did not properly communicate the house-keeping properly, which was again a troublesome as we needed more clean towels. The apartment was clean and roomy. The property manager, Edgar, who we ended up meeting, in fact, were nice and tried to do all his best to accommodate us. It seems the property or this unit of this apartment must communicate with the renters clearly on what the visitors will be expecting. If this unit fixes these minor issues, the visitors will be pretty happy and the stay will be fun.

My sisters and I loved staying at El Faro apartments. We had an amazing ocean view every morning that we could see from the main bedroom and thru the living room! The apartment has appliances like fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, filtered water. It even had a medical emergency kit. This place also has a washer and drier if needed, not free, but can use for a fair small cost. El Faro is only a short walk away from the ocean and from La Quinta Avenida (a tourist like shopping and restaurant area). The service is also great, very attentive staff and concierge! Would recommend for sure!! NEED TO KNOW-- Just be aware right now the pool is being fixed so we didn't get to enjoy that part of the stay. You have to check at a different location, Bric Hotel & Spa, its near El Faro, just make sure you read the instructions upon booking. And there is also a one time extra fee $49 (also explained upon booking instructions).

EXCELENTE LUGAR....PESIMO SERVICIO DE BRIC

PARA EMPEZAR EL CHECK IN FUE A MAS DE UN KILOMETRO DE DISTANCIA DEL ESTABLECIMIENTO. EN LUGAR DE QUE ELLOS FUERAN, TE HACEN IR HASTA DONDE SE ENCUENTRA EL ADMINISTRADOR. SEGUNDO, NOS NEGARON ROTUNDAMENTE EL ACCESO A UNA PAREJA PARA QUE CONOCIERAN EL APARTAMENTO. LA UNICA OPCION ERA PAGAR PARA DEJARLOS ENTRAR. TAMBIEN SE PRESENTO UNA FALLA CON EL BOILER NO CUENTAN CON PERSONAL DESPUES DE LAS 7 DE LA TARDE. DE PLANO NO OFRECIERON NINGUNA AYUDA HASTA EL DIA SIGUIENTE. TAMPOCO TE DAN ACCESO A ESTACIONAMIENTO. RENTE UN CARRO Y NO TE AYUDAN A BUSCAR ESTACIONAMIENTO. EN POCAS PALABRAS YO TUVE QUE RESOLVER POR MIS MEDIOS TODO LO QUE SE ME OFRECIO. UNICAMENTE OFRECEN DISCULPAS PARA TODO. ESTA MUY BIEN EL LUGAR PERO NO LO RENTEN CON BRIC. TIENEN PESIMO SERVICIO Y NO TIENEN PERSONAL DISPONIBLE PARA NADA.

Excelente lugar

La verdad todo excelente, la ubicación está perfecta cerca de todo a nivel de playa la alberca muy agradable lo único es que como fuimos menos de una semana no hacen la limpieza del condo, sólo con paquetes de una semana!!

Couldn’t Be Better!

STEPS away from the beach! One block away from ALL the excitement of Playa del Carmen! Josue went out of his way to do/make our trip incredible! Impeccably clean! This was our first trip to Mexico and when planning another, I won’t have to do any homework on a place to stay...this had it all! The picture is from room Surf 205 balcony and a sunrise standing next to the lighthouse.

Beautiful pool and ocean view

We had a problem with the Bric reservation. We had paid for 6 nights and registered as such and talked to the Bric ambassador. After 3 nights the same Ambassador knocked on the door and told us we had to move to another room. This was crazy, as it was never discussed. We had bought a lot of food since this is a condo with a kitchen and it would have been a major hassle to move, besides the fact that it came out of nowhere. If you pay for your vacation home and agree on everything, this kind of thing should never happen. There is some problem with the Bric administration, not the Faro hotel.
