The famous Fifth Avenue (Quinta Avenida) and the Caribbean beach are within easy walking distance. Nearby you can explore local museums, ferries to Cozumel, and day trips to Tulum and the Parque del Jaguar.



Getting Around:

Walkable downtown location - most restaurants, shops and the beach are within a short walk. Taxis and colectivos are readily available. The Cancun International Airport is about a 1-hour drive. Free street parking and a garage are available for those arriving by car.

For the safety of all guests, a valid government-issued photo ID is required from every guest to authorize access to the property.



- Please conserve energy: turn off lights and A/C when not in the unit.

- Avoid leaving valuables in parked vehicles.

- The pool, gym and rooftop are shared common areas with their own operating hours.
