LUXURY-osakehuoneisto, jonka omistaa ja hallinnoi Victor. Nauti yhdestä Playa del Carmenin uusimmista, nykyaikaisimmista komplekseista, joka sijaitsee Avenida 20: lla Calle 14: n ja 16: n välillä. Tämä hyvin varusteltu 1 makuuhuoneen huoneisto on vain 2 korttelin päässä upeista ravintoloista ja ostosmahdollisuuksista 5. kadulla, 1 korttelin päässä suuresta ruokakaupasta (Mega) ja 4 korttelin päässä rannasta.

Huoneistossa on ilmainen internet, tallelokero yksikössäsi, ilmastointi, paljon tilaa ja kaunis näkymä sen vihreään puutarhaan. Rakennuksen mukavuuksiin kuuluu: kattoallas, kuntosali, kylpyläpalvelut ja maanalainen pysäköintialue.

Ruoanlaittoa ja tuoreita, luonnonmukaisia hedelmiä ja vihanneksia arvostaville Playan parhaat markkinat, DAC, ovat vain 2 korttelin päässä.

Tämä ylellinen osakehuoneisto on myös vain 3 korttelin päässä Playan eloisasta yöelämämaisemasta, josta löydät klubeja, upeita cocktaileja ja sen allekirjoituskohteessa, Coco Bongo, hienoa viihdettä.

Nice and relaxing

The check in was smooth, the pics showed what the place really is like. A perfect place for a family of 3. Restaurants and food store with in 3 min of walking was perfect. We didn't see the host but he messages a few to check in and offer any support along with a few message about before the trip so that we can organize transport. We rented a car and the garage under the building was safe, clean, and attendants friendly. Would totally stay here again.

Fabulous

Complex is well maintained with friendly staff. The unit was spacious, clean and had a well appointed kitchen- everything worked properly! The little things (freezer packs for keeping things cold on an outing, ample supply of quality linens and expendables like bath soap, dish soap, and laundry soap really made the difference! Host Victor was pleasant and easy to communicate with and genuinely wants his guests to enjoy their home away from home! 100% recommend and hope to return!!!

Roomy in a great location

Perfect condo for us

We arrived and the condo check-in was easy and efficient, while I filled out the forms the security gentleman loaded up all our luggage and wouldn't let me carry anything. the condo was clean, and very comfortable. Bedding linen as of good quality, the kitchen was well equipped the appliances all worked except the overhead vent. The amenities such as pool and roof bar were great. Thanks vVctor for a great holiday AHD the 60 liters of drinking water.

Nice location, modern condo

Victor's condo was in a great location. Walking distance to the Mega and Walmart, easy walk to 5th ave. Staff was nice and helpful during check-in. Like the past reviewer, I did encounter some rude and unruly guests staying at the condo complex, and I would have appreciated the complex staff to handle their noise a bit better than they did, but I communicated this to Victor and he advised he would bring it up with Management. The individuals were about the only complaint I would have. The condo was nice, modern and spacious. Air conditioning worked great, and the bed was comfy. Will keep it on my list of places to stay next time I visit Playa. Thanks Victor!

Very nice apartment, close to grocery stores, restaurants and 5th street. The only issue is building maintenance, they could have cleaned the pool better, by adding chlorine more often.

Back for a second time ....

Victor’s property is excellent. The condo is fully equipped to make our stay a “ Home away from Home.” 5 stars for location because it is walking distance to everything. The staff at the complex are wonderful. We were in Playa Del Carmen for 3 weeks and enjoyed our stay very much. The only downfall this time around was that some of the other guests were rude and unruly. They were breaching the rules of the condo complex which made it very loud into the early morning hours. Would we stay here again? Absolutely!

Attractive and roomy condo in a safe neighborhood.

A friend and I stayed at Victor’s condominium at Anah Suites for four days at the beginning of May 2018. The condo is one bedroom but the unit is very roomy. We also found it to be bright, clean and attractive (modern Scandinavian style with some Mexican touches and the addition of a great coffee table book on Mayan culture). There was a large living room and a kitchen with an island; the kitchen was well-equipped. Victor also provided us with two large (approximately 20L) containers of spring water for our stay and told us to contact him if we required more. Hand and bath towels were supplied as well as several towels for the pool area. The unit appeared to be fairly new and everything was in good working order. The location of Anah Suites is outstanding, it’s in a quiet and attractive neighbourhood in Playa Del Carmen. Walkable to 5th Ave (maybe 5-7 minute walk in a safe residential area… far enough away not to hear the noise of the 5th avenue clubs), restaurants and only 200 metres (1/8th of a mile) from Mega Food grocery store. The staff were friendly and helpful. The condo unit was reasonably priced, spacious and perfect for a solo traveler or 2 people. There is a rooftop pool with a view of the city. The pool was also very unique, with the lounges set in the shallow water with the pool along the side. The owner, Victor, is great we found him very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this condo if you are planning a visit to Playa del Carmen!

Modern, Clean, and close to everything!

Victor was fantastic to rent from! Not only was he very helpful with everything to know about finding your way in Playa Del Carmen, he was quick to fix or help with anything that needed it. We had a problem with the lockbox(our own fault --make sure you create your own code!), and the front desk ended up calling him at around 7:30 am (I was just going to message him on here so we didn't bother him that early), and he was there within 15-20 minutes! Also, there was a blanket that had been folded up (so easy to miss for the maid if it looks like it was never used) that had some spots on it, and Victor brought a new one that night! other than that, the condo was awesome to stay in! lots of space.... you CAN hear everything though. Since it was just the two of us, it didn't bother us. We heard a broom sweeping up above us and anyone talking or running in the main hallways. It's not like it is all the time, so if you can ignore the occasional noise, you are good to go! The pool and rooftop setting is AMAZING. It is an amazing view up there. We loved our visit and hope to rent from Victor again!!!!!

Excellent place to stay

We had a perfect stay in playa del carmen. Victor is excellent to deal with, professional, prompt and very friendly and helpful. 5 min walk to the beach and 3mins to a very large grocery store. Everything is within walking distance to 5th, restaurants and everything you need. Would recommend and will stay again when in playa.

Nice and relaxing place

Very nice, clean and modern condo unit with all the amenities. The facilities were excellent and very close to shopping and downtown. Victor was very welcoming, conscientious and provided great information on what to do in the area. He was always available every time we contacted him. We had a great time and we highly recommend this place for your next vacation.

great place to stay

i've stayed in this condo a few times now, very nice place to stay while I'm in town for work. Victor is easy to deal with and a great host. this condo is in a nice location and very close to el fogon that has amazing food try the al pastor and chorizzo tacos. nice roof top pool at the condo complex, about 10min walk to beach and the mega shopping market is close as well.

Fantastic long weekend

This property was beautiful, immaculate, and well Appointed. Great location, walking distance to many places. Convenient garage parking and friendly staff. The rooftop pool and hot tub were incredible, with 360 degree views, although overrun by a gaggle of unruly French speaking children when we were there. Victor was great to work with and communicated well for check in and check out, and any questions we had. Will defineitly stay here again!

Vraiment merveilleux séjour

Nous avons adoré le condo Anah. Très propre, literie très confortable, service 24/7 et personnel très dévoué à nous donner entière satisfaction. La proximité de tous les services et de la 5e avenue tout se fait à pied même la plage est tout près vraiment il ne manque rien. Nous retournerons sûrement l'an prochain.

Nice, clean, new condo and complex. Nice king size bed, very clean lines and modern. Close to 5th Avenue, but not too close! Had a great stay, Victor was very good to deal with and worked to ensure our stay was great. We will be returning for sure..

Nous sommes restés 9 jours au condominium, endroit calme et paisible près de tout. La 5e avenue à cinq minutes à pied. Belle piscine sur le toit, endroit très propre. Bref nous conseillons cet propriété sans aucune hésitation. Les propriétaires Hélène et Victor sont toujours disponible au besoins.

Totally Satisfactory

The Unit is well located in a convenient location. Suggestion: Take the bus from the airport and transfer to the station on 20th Ave. The condo is like a block away. No need to pay $90 US from airport to condo. Unit was very clean and all the appliances/TV's worked fine. IMPROVEMENTS: The water is not hot for long when taking a shower. The bed pillow need improvement, they were flat and old. The bed sheets could be of better quality as for the towels. They need more dish towels for use. Unit is on second floor and suggestion to add felt to bottoms of chairs so that you don't hear the scrapping of chairs across the floors.. very annoying people do that. Only issue we had was 2 nights unit at end of hall from us was partying and they kept entering and existing the unit and slamming the doors and making a hell of a racket, the concierge attended to the noise but it took a while. The hot tubs are not HOT! at all. Overall for price and location Ideal-close to many nice restaurants and Mega for groceries. No need for a car.
