The Space:

Stay in a modern apartment designed for comfort and convenience. The unit features high-speed Wi-Fi, Smart TV, queen bed, private bathroom, safe box, Nescafé Dolce Gusto coffee maker, and mini fridge — everything you need for a relaxing stay.

Enjoy the building's best amenities: a gym, underground parking, a game room with a movie theater, 24-hour security, a biometric building access system, and two beautiful pools.

We provide a starter kit for your arrival, including toilet paper, trash bags, soap and shampoo. Please note these items are not restocked; guests can purchase extras locally if needed.

Linens and towels can be replaced for an additional fee (same applies to full cleaning). Daily cleaning is not included in the rate. Please notify us 24h in advance if you wish to schedule a cleaning service.



Guest Access:

Upon arrival, guests must register and present their ID at reception. Access to this building is via biometric system (fingerprint or facial recognition). Therefore, during the check-in process, guests must register one of these methods to gain subsequent entry to the building. By making a reservation, guests agree to this policy and understand that no refunds will be issued if they do not agree with this procedure.



The Neighborhood:

The building is perfectly located just 3 blocks from 30th Avenue, where you’ll find ATMs, supermarkets, restaurants, and local shops. In the opposite direction, the famous 5th Avenue is only 150 meters away, offering endless dining, shopping, and entertainment options — all within walking distance.



Getting Around:

The apartment is conveniently located just 3 blocks from 30th Avenue, one of Playa del Carmen’s main streets, where you can easily catch public transportation to explore the entire city.



Other Things to Note:

⚠️ ROOFTOP WORKS - TOWER A (August 31 to September 15, 2026): renovation works will be taking place on the Tower A rooftop. You may hear construction noise between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM. The rooftop stays open during the works and, per condominium rules, access is limited to guests aged 16 and over.



- Travel crib available for $15 USD per stay, including mattress, sheets, and blanket; subject to availability and advance confirmation.

- Complimentary starter kit included on arrival: toilet paper, trash bag, soap and shampoo. These items are not restocked.

- Check-in takes place at reception and a valid ID is required.

- Building access uses a biometric system (fingerprint or facial recognition), and registration is required upon booking.

- No refunds apply if guests choose not to complete the biometric registration process.

- Linen/towel changes and full cleaning services are available for an additional fee.

- Daily cleaning is not included and any extra service must be requested 24 hours in advance.

- Guests are asked to take proper care of linens and towels to avoid additional charges.

- For stays of 7 nights or more, a mandatory weekly linen/towel change applies at an extra cost.

- For stays of 28 nights or more, electricity is billed separately.

- The building has two swimming pools: one family-friendly on the ground floor and one rooftop pool for guests over 16 only.

- For security, the building has cameras in all common areas, including the lobby, hallways, pools, and exterior entrance.

- There are no cameras inside the apartment, ensuring guest privacy.
