Hyvät puolet: Hotelli oli todella siisti ja viihtyisä, ja se vastasi kaikkia odotuksiamme. Buffetin valikoima oli todella hyvä ja laaja. Henkilökunta oli todella mukavaa ja avuliasta. Allas alue oli viihtyisä ja siellä oli lämmitetty allas. Hotellilla oli järjestetty todella paljon erilaista ohjelmaa kuten aamujoogaa ja illalla esityksiä, joka oli todella kiva. Hotellilta löytyi myös eristetty wellness area, josta emme olleet etukäteen tietoisia. Siellä oli poremmeita, tavallinen sauna ja höyrysauna, joka oli positiivinen yllätys. Huonot puolet: Hotellissa oli vain 2 hissiä ja ne olivat todella hitaat. Piti odotella ruuhka-aikaan kauankin, sillä olimme ylimmässä kerroksessa joten rappuset eivät olleet vaihtoehto. Avainkortit lakkasivat toimimasta todella herkästi, jos ne olivat vähänkään lähellä puhelinta. Äänieristykset seinien välillä olivat huonot.

Our friendly and efficient staff is always motivated by comments like yours. We take note about the room noise, we ll try to improve that point. About the lifts there s a third one on the left side, two together on the right and one more on the left, maybe you didn t realize it was there. Hyvä perushotelli - ei viiden tähden hotelli

Hyvä aamupala, laaja valikoima. Hotellissa on paljon aktiviteetteja joten tekemistä löytyy. Päivällä ravintolasta saa halpaa pubiruokaa. Seinät ovat kuin pahvia joten kaikki äänet viereisistä huoneista kuuluvat selvästi. Hotellissa on yli 400 huonetta ja hissejä on vain kaksi, käytin pelkästään rappusia koska hisseihin sai kokoajan jonottaa.

We re sorry we haven t met your expectations about the food in the restaurant, noise, etc... We take note of your comments and we ll try to improve it. Anyway, we have a varied buffet everynight and two theme nights every week: oriental food, canary food, Mexican food and gala dinner. If you don t find anything that pleases you, there s a maitre at the restaurant that will always try to organize another dish for you, do not hesitate to contact him. Reception and the Holiday Concierge are there to help you, they can also find you another room more suitable for you. The Hotel has three lifts to serve all the floors, two on the right and one in the left of the corridor. We expect that you have enjoyed other services of our Hotel and to welcome you in the future. Rauhallinen ja siisti hotelli, ystävällisellä palvelulla. Aamiainen ja ateriat monipuolisia ja suht hyviä. Maspalomasin/meren suuntaan avautuvalle parvekkeelle paistoi mukavasti iltapäiväaurinko.

Hyvä hotelli ja kaikki toimi. Huone tilava ja siisti. Ilmastointi hyvä. Ainut huono puoli onneton äänieristys huoneiden välillä, mutta onneksi vanhempaa ja rauhallista porukkaa. Illalliselta ja aamiaiselta löytyy varmasti jokaiselle jotakin. Uima-allas alue siisti ja hyvän kokoinen. Puolet altaasta lämmitetty. Wifi toimi hotellissa moitteetta. Hyvä ja rauhallinen sijainti. Kävellen rannalle 10 min, lähimpään kauppaan 5 min, Kasbah kauppakeskukseen 10 min ja Jumboon pari minuuttia lisää. Ehdottomasti hintansa väärtti hotelli ja menisin toistekkin.

Hyvät puolet: Hyvä sijainti ja ystävällinen palvelu. Aamiainen ja illallinen olivat huikeat! Rauhallinen hotelli, sopi hyvin raskaana olevalle.
Huonot puolet: Hotellissa oli vain 2 hissiä jotka kulkivat todella hitaasti ruuhkan takia. Piti usein käyttää portaita kun muuten sai odottaa hissiä todella kauan.
Hyvä hotelli pariskunnille, rahallinen ja paljon aikuisia.
