Disappointing Experience – Not for Youngsters or Families
Staff service and food quality need serious improvement. There is absolutely no nightlife— the resort is completely dead by 9 PM. With only three restaurants, the food options are very limited and repetitive every day.
The staff member responsible for booking excursions was rude and unhelpful. We were promised a special anniversary surprise by the planner before arrival, and we even had written confirmation via text messages. However, once we reached the resort, they denied everything and made no effort to resolve the issue.
This resort is clearly targeted toward guests aged 60+. There are no activities for kids or young adults, no entertainment, and no nightlife whatsoever. Young couples and families should avoid this place.
Do not take the all-inclusive plan—it’s better and more enjoyable to eat outside the resort.
Overall, this was a very disappointing stay and not worth the price.
