”You won’t find a more attentive and available host on VRBO. Belitis and the entire staff (yes this property is fully staffed with property cleaning inside and out) are fantastic. The house is very clean and the layout is phenomenal. Multiple patios and sanctuaries throughout. The views are breathtaking from every angle. Great property.”

”I have never have stayed right on the beach. With this vrbo, we did. Omar, the caretaker, was awesome. If we had any concerns, he was there to help us. It felt like we had the whole beach to ourselves. It was also a nice touch to have a mini-tent set up to keep us in the shade. This came in handy with Costa Rican hot sun. Would definitely return.”

”The hammocks were so relaxing with all the nature sounds and birds singing. There were even howler monkeys and scarlett macaws in the yard. The walk to the beach was absolutely gorgeous and the beach was even more stunning. This was all around such a great stay. Can’t say enough nice things.”

”Rarely do pictures show what you can really expect, and I always read other positive reviews with a little bit of doubt - but in this case the photos, description and the positive reviews are spot on. This is an absolutely stunning property - the house is unique with multiple bedrooms, a separate master casita and separate casita with a kitchen and living room. In addition, the main gathering area and kitchen is beautiful in itself, but then the wall-to-wall windows looking out onto the infinity...

”The host was very responsive and even late at night, she accommodated my group quickly. The house had everything we needed. beach towels, beach chairs and kitchen amenities. The only downside is that there are alot of ants inside the property but i know its common around the area so we got bit quite a few times unfortunately. The pool area has a grill and common area to share. Overall great experience, we definitely will be coming back.”

”Wonderful property, perfect for our multi-generational family. Ana from Yellowfin Tours became our go between with staff, a big help and Google translate! Jimmy house manager was right on any issues! Mercedes and her crew kept us cleaned up and the pool guy was great! We used the recommended Chef for 3 nights, very good and very reasonable. We did rent the golf cars to get around town and to the restaurants and grocery. Sure beat the price of rental car we didn’t need, all our tours pick us up...

”If you are looking for a trip to stay at the beach to surf or swim, this is a good place. It is nice, safe, secure, has most all of the basic necessities and my hosts were kind and helpful when I had questions or needed anything. It was close to a busy street and restaurants so there was a lot of noise at times. It was right on the main road yet near the end of it so you can walk to get to all the shops and restuarants.”

”There were small things like the stove being broken and no water on the last day for a period but overall a great stay. A little grungy and can use some updating. Would be nice if they provided pool floaties or something similar. But still a great time!”

”We had a wonderful time at Las Casas Velas. Perfect spot for good surfing, enjoyed yoga and the juice bar in town and the endless beach. Would highly recommend the chef for good, unfussy food and ease. Will be back!”
