”Oh my gosh, this place is absolutely breathtaking! Sitting under the covered patio during the afternoon showers was so relaxing. We saw over 40 species of birds on the property. The property is situated so you can see all the macaws flying over the water to roost each night. We absolutely loved this spot!”

”Room was clean and had everything you need. Staff was friendly. Dinner at the hotel restaurant (Peppers) was phenomenal. Me and my husband only stayed one night because that’s all they had available. We stayed at a different hotel in Jaco the second night and drove back to eat dinner at Peppers. We definitely plan on staying here again.”

”I loved staying at Vista Guapa! Our bungalow was cozy and had AC, there were sweet dogs on the property, and the hospitality was awesome. I can't wait to go back again!”

”The staff were attentive and very helpful, and having a private pool was definitely a plus. Parking, however, could have been a better experience. Our balcony was shared with three other rooms, which was fine, but I would have preferred it to be more secluded. The property also shares the beach, and unfortunately it felt a bit dirty and messy at times.”

”Breakfast choice limited but fine. Staff very helpful. Felt like a Costa Rica hotel, not a big chain, but still had what we needed - good aircon in room, swimming pool, comfortable bed, plenty of hot water, close to beach and lots of restaurants.”

”Tunnelma paikassa oli niin järkyttävä etten voinut jäädä yöksi. Ulkona oli likaista. Ruokailutila oli iso ja pimeä. Henkilökunnan koira ja kissa juoksivat vapaana. Ruokalan edessä oli kyltti jonka mukaan koirat täytyy pitää hiljaisina. Huoneessa oli synkkiä, mielestäni seksuaaliseen väkivaltaan johtavia maalauksia. Henkilökunta löntysti. Oven lukitus oli outo, en saanut tallelokeroa itse toimimaan. Röhnöttävä mies käveli ja vilkuili minua - ja hän oli baarin pitäjä, ei asiakas. Paikassa oli...
