”1. The receptionists were okay - not very good English but tried to help if they felt so. 2. We got first room No. 6. It smelled really badly to mold and it was hard to breath inside. We then got room No. 2. It was okay but the shower cap was disgustingly dirty. This was also in room No. 6. The personnel cleaned both, though. The cushions smelled like poo. We could not use them and made our own cushions out of clothes. 3. There came only cold water. Hot water would have cost 5 dollars...

”We spent 3days and 2 nights to this hotel in Montezuma. All was perfect, the view is amazing and the hotel and the rooms are installed in the nature. It is close to the center by 2 minutes walking. The hosts were very kind and the breakfast very good. Go there you will like it for sure. Pura Vida.”

”At beginning we got a bad impression because the receptionist didn't tell us anything about the system in the hotel. The breakfast wasn't a buffet as mentioned in the booking website. Also the receptionist who checked us in didn't mention the possibility to use the pool at Ylang Ylang resort.
