”Disappointing experience here - I hate to leave bad reviews but this is one of the first times I've stayed somewhere and hoped to be refunded in full or partially.
Pros:
- The room itself is beautiful and well designed.
- Good AC. Nice pool. Nice beach.
Cons:
- The property is still under much construction. Noise all day, workers constantly on the property doing things. Construction debris/supplies on the property.
- No reception.
- There was no breakfast included. There was no...

”La casa es muy bonita y acogedora. Las amenidades son ideales (piscina, “ranchito” con hamacas, canasta para jugar basquetbol), y la cocina está muy bien equipada. La casa está a 5 minutos de la playa (en carro), y a 5 minutos del centro comercial El Encuentro, el cual tiene súper mercado, restaurantes, farmacias y tiendas varias. Es una excelente ubicación para disfrutar de El Sunzal, y muy cerca de La Libertad. Muy recondenada. ”

”We had an incredible stay. The ocean views from the property are amazing!!! Both pools were clean and the room was spacious. One pool with a slide is more for kids, the other pool is regular- great for swimming. We got lucky because there were no other guests while we stayed but even if more rooms would be occupied, it would be ok because there are plenty of lounge areas for guests. Free breakfast every morning was a huge plus for my family and it was delicious. There is a shortcut (stairs...

”I stayed here for a weekend and it was ok. My AC went out and they had to replace it so i showered in another room until they had everything fixed. The gave me free breakfast for that. My TV didn’t work my entire stay. The pool is small i didn’t utilize it. I don’t drink but my slushies were pretty good. The seafood platter that i ordered was mid but i loved the breakfast. Its near the beach and you can access it once you get pass the rocks. Food along the beach was good but you can’t bring it...

”This is a new facility that already seems to be a few years old due to many corners being cut in the finishes and the way it was constructed. I stayed in it on the second week he was open and it already felt worn out.
The owner is really nice and the staff is great, but the location in the rooms are below average”
