"Had a bit of a problem checking in after a mix-up with someone with the same name who had cancelled their booking and our booking ended up being cancelled. However they sorted it all out on the spot and upgraded our room and gave us drink vouchers and we even got a partial refund. Excellent service ..."

"Lovely hotel by the beach. Very friendly staff. We were unexpectedly given a room upgrade which was lovely. The room was spotless and the bed was extremely comfortable. We used the pool and Spa facilities which we really enjoyed. Would definitely recommend the hotel and we would certainly stay again ..."
