”The hotel was nice but there were plenty of problems with the room - the water in the shower was either extremely hot or cold, there was horrible smell in the bathroom and the floors were floating even you tried to take a shower. The worst part was that the personnel was not willing to correct the problems or change the room. Also, I sent an email to them after my stay and did not receive a reply. It is likely that we were unfortunate with the room, but their actions were not sufficient and you...

”The place was super roomy and stylish. AC was the quietest we've had. The key for the front door took a little bit of practice to figure out. One of the balcony doors didn't lock. The elevator had a very overpowering air freshener that we did not enjoy. The restaurant downstairs was excellent.”

”I arrived late in the evening and checked into this charming apartment, but unfortunately discovered the the water had been shut off (no fault of the owner). I contacted the property manager and they immediately moved me to another location that was nearby and completely comfortable. Even though I didn't get to stay in this particular spot, I was very impressed with the service and I enjoyed my stay. ”
