”Nice location, very friendly staff. Unique building, however if you compare the pictures on hotels.com or their website you do not guess that their ”suite” is in fact a tiny room without windows. In the pics the rooms look huge and they all happen to show a view from a window.”

”Breakfast was lovely & generous portions included in our stay & a large pot of coffee Staff was helpful with great restaurant suggestions. Room was clean, nicely decorated and air conditioning worked well. Water pressure was wonderful! Small pool with a nice refreshing temperature. Relaxing stay but close to the centro heritage main square. Would recommend. We stayed in the Aire suite with living area, kitchen. ”

Restaurants abound, La Plancha Park is at the end of the Gastronomic Street, Paseo Montejo is a block away with mansions, museums, restaurants, shop, and pedestrian Sundays. The staff is bilingual and couldn’t be nicer. The pool area is an oasis. I especially enjoyed it at sunset. ”

”I can not say enough about this property. The staff, it was very clean, it was convenient, safe parking for the car, and it was so beautiful. The Hacienda is amazing! The wood, work the doors, the pools, the furnishings, all perfect. You mush be aware that this place is not for people who need an elevator so you must be prepared for stairs. Loved it!”
