”The property owner didn’t sent the details of how to get into the location as mentioned which should’ve been 24 hours ahead of time. Once we checked in the location was ok besides tons of spider webs on the outside. The location had a smell in there once arriving air fresheners could have helped. The shower door in the master bath continued to be off track which caused me and my friend to be stuck in the shower. There were no bath rugs weren’t there. The towels had dark spots and wholes in them....

”The rooms are are not as described bed down stairs only is a matters and box spring. Also the downstairs bathroom had dirty laundry in it ”

”Great location- 1/2 mile walk to the restaurants and park at Todos Santos Plaza. Home stocked with the essentials plus a few extras that made our stay easier- dishwasher tabs, laundry soap, ziplock bags and the like.. We enjoyed our 10day stay and would definitely rent again if staying in the area. Neighborhood feels quiet and safe. Some extra traffic related to the church across the street, especially on Sundays, but there is driveway parking for 2 cars. Highly recommend.”

”Amenities were in good condition. Only thing missing was a cookie tray for baking, but we bought that and left it behind for the next guest. Extremely easy check in/out process and nice remodel to make a very nice place to stay in Vallejo. ”

”Host was very responsive. The studio was….awkward. It was spacious but huge couches /cabinets overwhelmed the space and made it awkward to move around. Bathroom was up some stairs and through 2 doors. Kinda small and again laid out awkwardly . Parking was a challenge on the second and third nights. Had to wait until spaces on the street opened up. On the last night, it rained. The hosts car was parked under a roof drip and had to listen to the drips thump on the hood of the car. ”

”Could be cleaner, dust, broken sign at entrance. Yard is not a hangout space, no chairs or table (it's a front yard). Overall nice stay for what we wanted. ”

”Our host was super responsive to questions and inquiries! We loved that the home is in a suburb surrounded by green spaces and includes many walking trails. The home met the needs of our family of 16 traveling from various countries and states to enjoy the holiday season together.”

”The apartment is beautifully put together. Great amenities - appliances, coffee, tea, oatmeal, fresh flowers, etc. This had windows all around, so great light and beautiful craftsman decor. Location was great for us - close to UCB but not overrun with students. Amazing shops within the five-seven block. Clearly a beloved neighborhood. Easy checkin and chill check out. Great bath and kitchen. Good internet etc.”
