The hotel was clean and comfortable. The pool was closed for unknown reasons. Staff was helpful but they really needed another person to help to make check-in more efficient.

We had issues with our reservation which were not the hotel's fault. Staff was patient and helpful in getting the issues worked out. Five stars seems like not enough for the help they gave when we got there. They had a parking spot for Veterans, the pillows were perfect, the towels were thick, the ...
