”This spot was a great location - quiet but close enough to the lake and Promised Land park to easily enjoy activities. Everything was clean and well maintained, we didn't run into any issues during our stay. My daughter especially loved seeing all the deer and wild turkeys out the massive kitchen windows in the mornings!”

”I arrived later than planned so I got lost in the dark trying to find the place. Super cute and cozy. Close to the lake and restarting/bar. There is no heat, but the owner provided a space heater. I love the cold so I didn’t need it. ”

”Had a last minute cancellation of other plans, and quickly grabbed a cabin last minute. This house was perfect for what we needed it for, and we got lucky that it was Lake Wally Fest that weekend. This was a great home base as we explored the Lake and the greater Hawley region. Very happy with the cabin vibes, and the time spent with my family. ”

”Nice clean house, away from neighbors. Great to just relax and hang out. Ladies loved floating in the pool. Great outdoor deck space that can be used no matter the weather.”

”My daughter and I enjoyed our stay. The place has a cozy feel to. Love that there was a grill (I love grilling in the summer) the firepit was extremely enjoyable and access to there Kayaks greatly appreciated. All furniture including the beds were comfortable! My one issue (which isn't so bad) was my daughter opened the front door, once open we couldn't lock it. To solve that I used the door and a chair in front of the door at night. Overall it was a fantastic place for a lake gateway!!”

”Had another great long holiday winter weekend at this property with friends and family. Easy access to Elk Mtn for skiing, fun playing on the frozen lake and cozy evenings by the wood stove and TV. Long dirt road to get there but wasn’t hard to navigate and still a close drive to general store (Cables), convenience store/pizzaria (Arlo’s) or restaurants (The Beacon) for weekend needs.
