After my first night stay I could not get my room serviced...I needed clean towels and glasses and coffee cups and bedding..I went to the front desk to request for this service and she told me she would contact Housekeeping....When I returned to my room at 7pm there still was nothing done...I went back to the front desk and was told the manager told her that the service is done every other day.. ”The water in both the showers and the spa area(hot tub) don't get hot. The pool was occupied by a British Swimming School class so there was no swimming in the regular pool, mind you it was a Tuesday early afternoon. There was no remote to the tv and so it wouldn't turn on. The heater in the room did not really heat the room, even at the highest settings. While in the (not hot)hot tub, me and my partner were bothered by the worker whom worked the cashier and greeted people. She walked around...

”Beautiful hotel! The beds are comfy, good shower pressure and nice toiletries. The roof top bar has some tasty drinks and amazing views. The only reason I am giving it a 4 star instead of 5 is the walls are real thin. Neighbors came back to there room arguing at 4:30 am and heard that. Also heard them making up at some point later in the morning lol. If you are going to a concert or a game, Nemo’s bar across the street has shuttle service. The italian place also across the street was delicious!...

”I'm in a Holiday Inn for the rest of my stay and I can tell you it's 10 times the hotel of compared to this place. There's no noise insulation between the rooms so I could hear everything from the people next to me who were loud from 11:30 to 2:00 a.m. at the which point I put ear plugs in. There is no carpet on the floor it's bare dirty concrete. There's a rug that goes under the bed and a little bit where you stand but there's no noise insulation. The room is tiny, small there's no coffee...
