Maalaistalot – Plovdiv

”New excellent hotel. Special plus for sauna and gym”

”Solo female traveller. The hotel is in a good location, easily accessible to everything. Super breakfast options. I had a cold and asked reception for some extra toilet roll. When I returned to the room, they had also left me extra blankets which was very thoughtful. All round, nice hotel and great value for money.”

”Clean, quiet, comfortable hotel next to a leafy park. Good location for exploring the city. Room was small but well organized. Shower was good but no way not to get the whole bathroom wet. Included Breakfast buffet was good and plentiful. Most of the staff was helpful and friendly. We got good recommendations for dinner.”

”Very nice and unique hotel in the heart of the Plovdiv Old Town. The staff is super helpful. Parking is another big plus.”

”Good hotel”

”Fint hotell med god beliggenhet. Hyggelige ansatte, god frokost. Meget sentralt i byen, gangavstand til det meste👍😊”

”The hotel is very modern in design. The staff were kind, welcoming and very accommodating, providing us with suggestions for where to visit and eat in Plovdiv. The hotel is also in an excellent location, very close to a supermarket and within easy walking distance to the city centre.”

”The location of the property was excellent. Situated at the bottom and start of the old town and also equally as close to the high street and restaurants. The room was clean and very comfortable. The reception gave us an excellent overview of the city with a street map of what to do and see and they were readily available on WhatsApp if we needed them. The breakfast was of high quality with lots of options. The hotel helped us book a taxi early in the morning and personally helped ensure it...

”Chambre fonctionnelle et propre mais salle de bain beaucoup trop petite, le WC est dans la salle de bain. Petit déjeuner quelconque”

”Recommend”

”Room we got was tiny and run down. The bathroom could hardly fit a shower, trailer seat and a sink which were merely in to of each other. Additionally, the humidity has affected the bathroom. Overall the hotel does not deserve the start rating it has. Parking was not available even that we tried to book in advance as advised and the reception staff who checked us in was not very helpful. Thankfully the lady was much more inventative and helpful. This is not my first trip to Plovdiv but...

”I’ve only missed a safe-box in the room. But everything else was excellent.”

”Good modern hotel right outside Plovdiv station. Helpful staff. Quiet. Fridge in the room.”

”10 out of 10 on all counts - the room, staff, amenities, and location were all excellent. Right on a park and a short walk to the old part of town. The staff were all super helpful and nice. And breakfast was delicious!”

”Convenient location within walking distance of old town. Breakfast ok, but particularly delicious. Our room was untidy, and it was not cleaned at all during our stay of the whole week. Even toilet paper and towels had to be asked from the reception. The staff at the reception were kind and helpful though. ”

”Perfect location with ability to go anywhere walking. (Also few minutes to the bus stop) Spotless clean room with daily cleaning and good air conditioning. Enough closets as well. Free cold water available at reception but already has delicious tap water. The best host with kind and helpful tips. If you book with breakfast option, you'll have different traditional dishes each day. Parking available for 10€/day but you may also find somewhere to park if you are lucky.”
