”I stayed at this property a week ago and I have to say it is one of, if not the best hotel I've had the pleasure of staying at. The staff were so friendly, welcoming and had all the knowledge to share for a wonderful visit to Plovdiv. The breakfast was delicious and the layout of the hotel and garden immaculate. Since I come from a Roman city in the UK, I especially liked seeing the Roman bath remains in the basement of the hotel. It was a real delight, thank you and I hope to stay again. ”

”It is a grad hotel Soviet style closed to the old historical centre of the city. It is part of a huge casino with most guests coming for gambling. It is conveniently positioned. Rooms are of a good sized but outdated, tied, not fit with enough electric points for charging you phone or a tablet. Instead of a show it was an old style bath. Was not able to use swim g pool. They sell tickets to it to outsiders. It was so busy- no chance to swim. Massages in spa are cheap but you get what you pay...

”The lady on reception during my stay was more than helpful. She behaved like a friend and made me feel very comfortable and at home. Nothing was too much trouble and she took an interest in my activities and helped me overcome one potentially annoying problem.
