”The pictures are a bit deceiving. The property is tightly packed in with other residences on the beach. And it's expensive for what it offers. The lock on the door was v basic--nothing like enough. The room could accessed by 2 different sets of stairs. That said: The room was nice. Shower was excellent. Breakfast was healthy and fun. Plum Island nature preserve is right there. Newburyport has a lot of great dining options--just 10 mins away.”

”Visited Hampton Beach while traveling to Maine. We found this to be an adorable hotel right by the beach. We had some issues late at night, but the night desk clerk was able to assist us right away with a new room right next door. The parking situation with pre registration was confusing but the lovely desk attendants walked me through it and things were cleared up. Local shops and great restaurants were all within a quick walk. Very convenient. We will definitely be back. ”
