”Room was filthy, mold on the ceilings, all of the bed side tables had water damage. There was mold in bathroom and around doorframe of the room. We saw a mouse in our room twoce and when I approached the hotel on it i was told it was normal for this time of year and to start worrying when i see one of the big rats. The rooms phone didnt work. Check in was a breeze and our room was just what we needed for our one night stay passing through. Very clean modern room with a tv fridge table & chairs and newly remodeled bathroom. There is a very good breakfast place nearby called Marshland and nice cafes (that close early) in Sandwich. It is a good place for exploration of the part of Cape Cod nearer to mainland. We reached the nice restaurants at Wellfleet, the Town Neck Beach nearby and the beaches at Cape Cod National Seashore from here easily on the daily exploration trips. The...

”Pool was closed for repair and we werent notified this was the main reason we selected this hotel. Dont get a room on first floor when upstairs guests got home late we were woken up several times. No workout space. Awesome spot and lovely view. Comfy beds.”
