This house is perfect for families, groups of leisure guests or anyone working in or near the dockyard .
The bedrooms both have two zip and link beds that can either be made up as single beds or zipped together to from queen sized doubles. The bathroom has a large double shower and has recently been refitted

Located within a residential area close to the Dockyard in Plymouth. The property is located approx 2 miles from the City Centre, yet with its ease of access to the A38 it offers great road access both into Cornwall and further into Devon.
