  • Wonderfully situated for year-round outdoor adventure, this Birch Landing condo places you mere steps from the shores of pristine Echo Lake. Enjoy easy access to winter and summer activities, fantastic amenities on the grounds, and a beautiful living space overlooking the forest to return to at the end of each day.

    This two-story condo sits at the end of its row in Birch Landing, a complex that's located directly alongside 96-acre Echo Lake. Within the community, you'll have access to a private sandy beach, a dock, a seasonal outdoor pool, a clay tennis court, a clubhouse, Spend a day fishing or wander through the woods to neighboring Camp Plymouth State Park for great hiking, skiing, and snowmobiling. You'll also be just five miles from Okemo Mountain Resort and Fox Run Golf Club, and convenient to both Killington (17 miles) and Woodstock (21 miles).

    Thanks to its corner position, this condo enjoys particularly beautiful views of the woods in every season. Spend summer days outside on the deck, barbecuing on the gas grill in the crisp mountain breeze. The setting is every bit as lovely in winter, thanks to atrium windows in the living room that frame the snow-dusted forest. At the heart of the condo is a two-sided fireplace, providing warmth and ambience in the living room, dining room, and kitchen.

    Sleep soundly each evening in three bedrooms - all of which have views of the woods and are paired with their own TVs and full bathrooms. Complimentary WiFi and a private washer/dryer are provided as well.

    Check-in time: 4:00 PM.
    Check-out time: 10:00 AM.
    All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

Love this place. Can't wait to return.

This is a lovely, spacious and convenient condo. Short walk to lake or pool. The kitchen was really well equipped and they have a spacious (new deck). Each bedroom has its own bathroom and the layout gives each guest privacy. Highly recommend.

The property was in a wonderful location. However, getting to the pond is not as easy as the information indicates, for older people. We found the kitchen to be very well set up for any type of dish you want to make. I think in the cupboards there were at least two extra coffee makers, bread maker, etc. But, some of the dishes, etc. were not very clean. We found cheese in the cheese grater. the dish drainer under the sink was very greasy. We had to wash dishes before using them.It was a comfortable condo with lots of room.

We can’t wait to come back!

We typically stay at Ascutney when we visit family nearby but chose this home due to its proximity to Plymouth State park where family was having a wedding. We loved this beautiful location and home so much it may be our new go-to! The home is spacious and well equipped and the deck and windows with views of the trees are just what this city family needed. Fall in VT is unbeatable and I imagine warm weather with the pool and lake access would be just as great. 15 mins to Ludlow and pretty Plymouth State park just a stones throw away. Beautiful trail access to a private beach. My family loved this place so so much. We had to call the property management for a minor issue and they were so nice and super helpful. Highly recommend!
