Set in the heart of the Tuscan countryside, close to Castellina in Chianti, Villa Brunella is an exclusive private estate surrounded by vineyards, olive groves, orchards and woodland. Extending across 50 hectares, the property combines generous accommodation, extensive outdoor spaces and dedicated wellness facilities within the landscape of Chianti Classico, offering complete privacy for families and groups travelling together.
Reserved in its entirety, Villa Brunella accommodates up to 26 guests in 13 bedrooms distributed between the main residence and three independent accommodations. The main villa features seven bedrooms arranged across the first and second floors, while the ground floor includes a spacious living room, a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. An internal elevator connects the different levels.
Located on the eastern side of the estate, two independent suites provide five additional bedrooms, all with private bathrooms, offering greater privacy while remaining connected to the main property. A separate ground-floor studio completes the accommodation with a twin bedroom, private bathroom, independent entrance and private outdoor patio. The studio is also designed to accommodate guests with reduced mobility.
The outdoor spaces extend across panoramic terraces and gardens overlooking the surrounding vineyards and Tuscan hills. A private saltwater swimming pool with hydromassage is complemented by a tennis court and several areas for relaxing outdoors. The estate also includes its own winery and agricultural grounds, allowing guests to experience the landscape and rural character of the property.
A dedicated wellness centre features a Jacuzzi, sauna, Turkish bath and emotional shower, together with a fully equipped gym. The estate’s private restaurant can also be reserved exclusively for guests, creating a dedicated setting for dining experiences prepared with seasonal and locally sourced ingredients.
