  • Kaunis itsenäinen huvila uima-altaalla, sijaitsee strategisesti Firenzen ja Sienan välissä. Kiinteistön kunnostus valmistui vuonna 2013, ja kiinteistö on sisustettu poikkeuksellisella maulla ja yksityiskohtaisesti. Ulkopuolella on suuri, hyvin hoidettu puutarha, jossa on kaunis uima-allas, josta on panoraamanäkymät.

    Villa, joka on varustettu kaikilla mukavuuksilla, koostuu päärakennuksesta ja vierastalosta, jossa on yhteensä enintään 12 henkeä. Kiinteistöä ympäröivät viinitarhat ja oliivitarhat, joista omistajat tuottavat viiniä ja oliiviöljyä (asiakkaille tarjotaan maistelua kartanon kellareissa).

    Talon keskeinen sijainti on k������������������������������������������������������������������������������tevä käydä Toscanan tärkeimmissä nähtävyyksissä, kuten Sienassa, Firenzessä, San Gimignanossa ja koko Chiantin alueella, jossa on tyypillisiä kyli������ (Castellina, Greve, Radda, Gaiole jne.).
    P�����äsy taloon tapahtuu hyväss���� kunnossa olevan päällystämättömän tien kautta.

    Etäisyydet: Poggibonsi kauppoja kaikenlaisten 6 km päässä, Barberino Val D'Elsa 11 km, San Gimignano 18 km päässä, Siena 40 km, Volterra 41 km pä��ssä, kylät Chianti alueella sijaitsevat 25-50 km säteellä, Firenze (lentokenttä) 42 km, Pisa (lentokenttä) 95 km päässä, Arezzo 110, Lucca 115 km pääss��.

    Vieraiden käytöss��: suuri, hyvin hoidettu puutarha, jossa on py��reä uima-allas, joka on varattu asiakkaiden yksinomaiseen käyttöön (noin 16 x 11 m - vähimmäissyvyys 50 cm - suurin syvyys 1,4 m - avoin 01/04 30/10), ulkona suihku (kuuma vesi), pukuhuone ja wc allasalueella, grilli, huvimaja ja puulämmitteinen uuni. Villa tarjoaa langattoman internetyhteyden (maksuton). Kaikissa huoneissa on ilmastointi.

This place is amazing. Family of 12 went and was wonderful. The whole place is brilliant. One villa with 5 rooms and a separate 2 bedroom villa. Views are breathless. Location is good and easy access to pretty much everywhere. We went to Florence, Siena and numerous medieval villages all easily within an hours drive. We will be back. We went last week of May and unfortunately weather wasn’t great and rained but didn’t put us off site seeing. The place is so good that if it were sunny all the time we wouldn’t have wanted to leave the amazing swimming pool. The owners have a real gem here and the wine they make on the vineyard is very good.

There are a lot of good things to say about the Villa Ferdinando ... it is in a beautiful hilltop location among olive tree orchards and vineyards. The property is very large - about 28 hectares of which about 12 are used for olive oil and wine production. The villa itself features 5 bedrooms in the main house and another in the guest house. We were 12 people and it worked out just fine. The kitchen is usable and well equipped. There are local property managers available to answer questions and resolve any issues. They were friendly and helpful. The villa was renovated for tourism about 4 years ago so the appointments (shower heads, sinks, kitchen, bathrooms, etc.) are all fairly new. Driving instructions to reach the property were not specific enough. The property is isolated down a dirt road leading to another dirt road. Trying to reach there initially was challenging. There were several large grocery stores to chose from for food supplies. Prices were reasonable. Bank ATMs in Poggibonsi are few and far between. If you need cash then it is recommended to pick some up at one of the destination towns around the area. We wasted nearly 2 hours trying to find a bank or ATM in PG and never did. It isn't really a tourist town. Make sure and understand all the financial terms of your stay including the mandatory cleaning fee. Check your voucher carefully. I did not and was disappointed to find myself responsible for an additional 400 Euros that were not listed on the voucher for cleaning.

Wonderfull villa with great view to San Gimignano. Hidden on hillside in the middle of olive trees. All rooms with it's own style, everything is clean and new. All rooms with air condition. Renter produces it's own wine with fantastic taste and a grandiose olive oil. The renters crew is very obliging and helpfull from shopping sites to restaurants all over to technical issues. Gorgeous pool with a great view from inside the pool to the surrounding area and San Gimignano. Absolute recommendable for great holidays.

Gorgeous house situated on a working vineyard and olive oil plantation in Tuscany. House is beautifully decorated and incredibly well situated for touring Tuscany. Owners and support staff are incredibly nice and very attentive. They go above and beyond--very willing to help with anything that you need. Be sure to ask about their food shopping service and the chef--as both are well worth the money. Both of these things made arrival incredibly easy. Also, they will give you a tour of the vineyard if you ask which is lots of fun for all. The only surprise came at check-out when we received the bill for the electric. We were very conservative about using electricity but it was an additional 600 euros per week. This doesn't detract at all from the awesome nature of the property--it is just something to factor in. There is also a 400 euro cleaning fee which is mandatory.
