”The second floor hallway & our room smelled moldy. There was no bottles of drinking water in our room. We had to go to the fitness center to get filtered water or go to a supermarket. The breakfast was not fully stocked. We arrived for breakfast before 9 am there were no sausage or biscuits left. When we approached the woman working in the kitchen/dining area she said there was no more left & there wouldn’t be any more available for that day. They ran out of bagels, condiments & we had to ask...

”Normally I have nothing bad to say about this property. However, this time my toilet wasn’t working properly. I went to the front desk and reported. A mechanic/plumber came to fix ur. He said he fixed it. Next thing you know, it’s not fixed. So every time I had to go to the bathroom, I had to stick my hand inside the tank to flush it. Not something I wanted to do!”

”We only stayed one night but extremely close to Potomac Mills Mall. Nice outdoor pool even though we do did not get to use it. Free continental breakfast was very nice, eggs, toast, danishes. Plentiful parking. If we were to go to Potomac Mills to go shopping again we would definitely stay here.”

”I was a little disappointed when upon exiting the shower I opened a towel to find it yellow with brown steaks. I reported to the front desk upon leaving and she was very responsive. I have stayed many times with this company I hope this was just a mishap. I do enjoy everything about this hotel company.”
