âForced downgrade, told weâd get a discount, paid more for downgraded room than what we couldâve reserved it for ourselves. Code to get into room didnât work, on phone for 30 minutes while they changed the code. Would not go backâ

âWe loved Hotel Estes and would definitely stay there again!
Pros:
- Super clean
- Adorable aesthetic
- Outdoor playground
- Water in shower got hot
- Nightly sâmores and popcorn
Cons:
- Not a lot of breakfast options
- Water pressure wasnât great
- The shower head in ours hung straight down so you had to stand right against the wall
Overall, like I said, we loved it. Well maintained and made for an enjoyable trip!â

âFront desk man was nice. However room was dirty (dirty bedsheets, makeup on towels, dirty tub) and breakfast was not that good.â
