”There were a few great staff, and the rest were not. Ebonee at the entrance (who is PERFECT for the first impression), Q in the restaurant, Devin at the hotel desk, and IL (Building Engineer) were friendly, genuinely guest-oriented, and all-around wonderful to encounter. Every. Time. The rest we encountered were frowny-faced, clearly unhappy to be there, and didn’t hide their disdain for visitors.

”We really liked it there. Peaceful, quiet and gorgeous view from our dome. Some staff, although all were nice, were not up to par on their jobs, but it is a new resort and they have some things to work on. We would go again in a heartbeat.”

”Horrible check in experience. Definitely call the hotel when booking through a 3rd party. Waited at the desk for 20 min. Then went back to the desk 30 min after normal check in hours and had a room. Front desk staff left for about 15 min with no communication. Had two other attendants try to help.
Room: mediocre for something described as a resort property. Bathtub had to be re-cleaned to shower in. Odd they even had a bathroom shower.
