”Cute place! It’s a basement apartment with all you need to enjoy your stay. The bed is comfortable, tv works, we even had some complementary coffee. It is a simple place, but our plans were to be out and about for our stay, so it was perfect.”

Stunning views all around, and the perfect distance between the mountains for outdoor activities while still being close enough to Denver for an evening out. Super easy check-in and check-out processes. Overall, it was a great experience and we loved the home. Would highly recommend for your next Colorado getaway!”

”The house was clean upon arriving; the cleaning crew was still there at 3 and we couldn’t check in until 4. The property was as stated in the listing. The only issue we had was the front door lock was not working properly and after 2 emails we still never heard back from the home owner… We had a great time and will rent it again- maybe this summer.”

”We had a great stay! The host was wonderful, the home was clean, lots of space and super cute. The location was a short uber away from wherever we wanted. It was off a busy road, so I would recommend some heavy curtains in the bedrooms to help drown out the noise and lights, otherwise we had a great stay!”

”This two bedroom house was very clean and had a great front porch for us to hang out on in the beautiful Colorado weather. We loved that both bedrooms had comfortable king size beds. The host was very easy to work with as well. We would definitely stay here again.”

”Three of us women stayed at the house for a 3-day conference in Denver. Overall, it was fine. You can tell the owner is doing much work to improve the home. The beds were very comfortable, and the house's aesthetic was lovely. There were some strong cons, though. When we arrived, there were two face clothes, three hand towels, and three body towels, and no soap or shampoo as listed. The owner quickly replaced these items the next day with new items from the store. Half of the lightbulbs...

”Home was everything as advertised! Location is perfect for easy access to downtown Denver via car or Uber. Neighborhood has variety of restaurants, coffee shops and workout facilities nearby. Felt very safe for walking about.”
