”There was no heat in my room and the front desk clerk gave me a tiny space heater. I stayed there again the following month and, again no heat- you can hear it start up but can barely feel it coming out of the vent and the room was cold in the morning. They just redid their pool though- maybe they should have gotten the heating system working. I hear there is no air conditioning here either. Unfortunately if you are coming to Rapids to work at the hospital, this is the closest hotel.”

”Very impressed by how large and clean the rooms are! The pool was a bit underwhelming, but given the time of year, I think that is why the slides were closed. Beautiful hotel!”
