”We loved staying at Bob’s cabin on Lake George. You can tell he and his family take a lot of pride in it, it truly felt like a home. The property was very clean and well equipped. We did not want to leave. We would absolutely come back.”

”We chose this location because it was central to a couple of paddles that we wanted to do on the Wisconsin River. We were not disappointed. We were able to do a short "warm up" paddle on the lake the day we arrived. In spite of some rain near the conclusion of our first river trip, we had a great time! The accommodations were excellent for our needs; making breakfast in the morning and relaxing after a day on the water. Very clean and everything worked! A great stay all around.”

”This place deserves more than 5 stars!!! Sparkling clean, wonderful amenities, towels were 5+ hotel quality and it was all set to welcome us. There were nice bath products for our use. Since the temp was way below zero on our arrival, it was great to have a “warm” welcome. Lights were on and the temp was perfect. ”Plenty of room for everybody to spread out for conversation, dining, cards, etc. It's well maintained and comfortably furnished. Our only complaint was the distance from the parking area to the unit was not handicapped friendly unless they have a wheelchair. We also had troubles with the door code, often.”

”What a great location, in the heart of town! New, clean and well set up. I would stay again. If I had any issue, it would be lack of counter space in bathroom for toiletries put some shelves, or a rack over the toilet... otherwise it was a great place for sure!”

I booked via VRBO, received a confirmation email, my credit card was charged and we thought we were good to go on our vacation and were planning what to do in three lakes. However Vacassa requires you to verify your identity directly with them via a separate process. I missed the email as it came later and they canceled the reservation the next morning. Luckily the room was still available and I rebooked it, but...

”This was our first VRBO stay and it was a game changer. Our group enjoyed the great kitchen layout to cook meals and visit at the gorgeous kitchen table. Kids loved the outdoor space and amenities in the garage to play. Rooms were spacious and kids woke up saying it was their best sleep ever. The ability to visit with friends and our kids in a comfortable home setting ceated an atmosphere for a weekend we will all talk about for years to come. Thank you for having us.”
