We even bought one! The view from the backyard was beautiful. We met the host, who was very, very friendly. It was great having covered parking for the night. ”Walkable area a few blocks from the square. Studio with king size comfy bed and open seating space. Southwestern touches and small courtyard are nice. The toilet area would be tight for larger people. It's quiet and dogs are welcome with no additional deposit. Our only improvement comment is to clean to a higher standard. Dusty furniture, dirt under the bed and greasy stove top.”

”We stayed here for 4 nights. I loved the privacy and the secure parking in this gated property. The place was clean and comfortable. The only slight negative was the counter.space in the bathroom, but nothing that would keep us from staying here again! The owners were VERY responsive and communicative. Enjoyed the stay!”

”We liked the location and was within walking distance to shopping and dining. It was older adobe structure which we liked. What we didn’t like was marginally safe electric outlets and main door locks. The outlets were poorly maintained and hung loose. The door locks need to be updated and strengthened. Another item that needs to be addressed is that the property was advertised as an efficiency there was no sink in the “kitchen” area. We had to haul water from the bathroom to wash dishes and...

”April 2024 - We had a great time in NM. I was there for a conference and was able to stay the week. The rental was just as pictured and described within in walking distance of Old Town and many other attractions. We could go to Santa Fe, Turquoise Trail, Jemez Scenic Byway, hot springs, Acoma Pueblo tours, Valle de Caldera, Bandelier, El Morro, Sandia Mountain Tramway, etc. The weather was amazing! We would stay again.”

I love that the pictures in the listing showed a non keurig coffee machine because I knew I could bring my own preferred coffee for a just-like-home feeling both mornings. In the fridge there was yogurt, granola, milk, and coffee beans both reg and decaf that we could grind in their (provided) grinder. They also supplied a kraft of water. The bathroom was very nice with a huge shower. The only thing I wish was there - lamps. The lights are...

”Great location and very quiet. The beds were very comfortable and plenty of towels. The kitchen was well stocked and we loved the fridge & ice maker. T.V. & fireplace were great & loved the big table for our games. Liked looking at the books. I couldn’t find the hair dryer and disappointed not to have coffee our first morning and had to go to the store to buy. Please have the key available for the back door lock just in case anyone would need to exit for emergency.”
