”We were a little nervous about booking a hotel that had only been open for about a month, but we’re so glad we took the chance—our stay was truly phenomenal. ”Staff was great. Dinner was amazing, sea bass with homemade pesto. Room was nice with comfortable bed. It was just late by the time we got our car rental. The road getting there is tough. Be prepared for a bumpy ride. Owner is kind and told us about the chocolate production on premises. ”

”Excellent hotel with excellent service. Hot springs area was amazing and much bigger than expected. We visited here in low season (May) and there were zero crowds in the hotel nor hot springs. If you go to this hotel, make sure you enjoy the hot springs at night time as well. ”

”Quite what I expected. I think the hotel would have had great views to the Volcano, but unfortunately it was rainy and cloudy so didn't get to enjoy the view. The room was relatively small. Door and walls were quite thin so lot of noise. The wifi worked very well and the staff was really friendly! The room had balcony which was nice. ”

”The rooms at this hotel were a perfect size. I liked that the bedroom was separate from the rest of the room and it had keys so you could lock it if you left with all your belongings inside of it. Everything seemed brand new. The only thing was I couldn’t figure out how to get hot water in the shower lol the only recommendation I would have would be to put a nightstand in the bedroom as there is nowhere to set anything. Overall, it was an excellent stay, very very clean nice location.”
