”Nice stay for one night. Room is very basic & small. Very good service at the reception. Enjoyed the pool & jacuzzis, and the small forest trail was a nice extra. Breakfast however was a joke: worst we’ve had in 2 weeks in Costa Rica. Cheapest possible ingredients and even coffee was bitter & bad (first time ever in CR :)”

”This is a beautiful resort. The hot springs are very natural and relaxing, and very clean. There is an infinity pool looking out at the volcano. The rooms were very comfortable and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We in got a lot hiking and activity in the area but also enjoyed the gym at the hotel which is well- equipped.”

”The perspective of Vulcan Arenal was perfect from this perfectly situated property. Great food ranging from Costa Rican to international, available throughout the day. I preferred their salt water pool to staying at a different resort which featured thermal pools- then we chose to drive back to eat here once more- so good. Just know in advance that you may not drive to your room; must take a jitney.”

”This is a beautiful high end boutique hotel. The staff was superb, very attentive at every detail. The hotel is right next to the Rio Celeste national park. The facilities mix first class areas like the restaurants and pool with rooms right in the middle of the rainy forest. I really recommend this resort.”
