”This is a very unique house in a very quiet and peaceful location. We only visited for 1 night so we did not get to enjoy it as much as we could have. Small miscommunication with our booking but as we went on an evening tour, things were straightened out and all was well by the time we returned. This would be a very fun place for a group of friends as there was a big field to play in, tons of beds, and a big covered communal area to play games. ”Great communication! Great recommendations! The property is immaculate and thoughtfully designed for the guest. I was impressed with the upkeep of the grounds and the trail to the river. The jungle was accessible and wildlife was literally at your door with morning Tucans greeting you at breakfast. The home was fully stocked our hosts thoughtfully provided breakfast items, snacks, and drinks. This saved us time and energy for our quick stopover in Katira. We wish we could have stayed longer....

”We recently stayed 4 nights at Casa del Bosque. The house was clean, quiet, and comfortable with plenty of room for our family of five. The house is located in a quiet gated community with private back yard patio and 2 minute walk to the pool. Also walking distance to Restaurante Delicias Tablada which has excellent food at a great price. (Say hi to Sammy, one of the friendliest guys you will meet.). I would recommend this house and stay there again! We loved the place! ”

”The property is beautifully situated, comfortable and has everything one needs for a stay. The owners live on site and are very attentive and kind but not intrusive. It was well placed for exploring the Arenal area but be aware that the road from Nuevo Arenal is extremely pot holded and the 8 km takes 35 minutes to drive.”

The pictures were accurate. We also liked the nice view of the mountains and it was close to some nice restaurant and Rio Celeste. The communication with the host was very good.
