”The pictures in the listing may not be what you get. We were put on a second floor with outside stairs. Do not recommend with people afraid of heights or bad knees. The apartment was clean. The bed was very comfortable , window air conditioners only. Good parking . The outside furniture on the upper patio needs to have repairs or replaced. It was quiet, pet friendly.”

”This clean and convenient apartment was perfect for our Sedona vacation. The fridge kept our food and water cold, the TVs added entertainment after a long hike and the bed was very comfortable! It is located in a very convenient location to all the places!”

”In the state of Arizona, especially during the summer months when temperatures are often at or above 100 degrees it is a save bet that if you are operating a rental property that Air Conditioning is a standard. No where did it indicate that this rental did not include Air Conditioning and the room only had a ceiling fan. When the pre-check-in information was sent it even discussed not setting the thermostat below 73 degrees. This was very misleading and beyond disappointing!”
