”Clean and comfortable”

”I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The front desk receptionist was not professional and seemed uninterested whenever we asked questions or needed assistance. It felt like customer service was not a priority. The hotel also had a very unpleasant odor. The carpets in the hallways leading to the rooms smelled bad, and the elevator had a strong unpleasant smell as well. Unfortunately, these issues made the overall experience uncomfortable. ”So the Washer failed when I was there and wouldn't accept coins. The Front desk person did refund the lost change, but I was able to make do without the washer by washing the clothes myself and using the dryer.”

”This is my second time staying there the first time it was wonderful. This time was different. There are a lot of people who seem to be long-term hanging out in the courtyard 24 seven. Also got up early to go swimming and they would not let us into the pool. It was locked until 8 AM and there was no budging around that. We were leaving at 7:30 to go home so that was a bummer as we paid for the pool. There were also people smoking on the property and a lot of dog poop in the lawn, but besides...
