”Great stay in a perfect location. Separate enough to feel like you have your own space, but you have easy walking access to anywhere in downtown Eureka Springs. I didn't have to use my car (which had super-convenient reserved parking) one time once I got settled. The studio's A/C worked wonderfully, and the space was spacious and cozy. Would definitely stay again!”

”great stay, very convenient locations if you want to visit all things Eureka Springs. Great for access to the lake and water sports, spooky crescent hotel tours, and so many fun shops, the place is clean and comfy. It does sleep up to 6.”

”Great location, clean and nice little outside area to relax. Would definitely recommend! Thank you!”

”Nice layout. Great price. Clean.”

”I rarely leave reviews because I am a low maintenance traveler and fairly easy to please. However, the lack of response by the host, the nasty, unclean conditions left me very unhappy. ”The property looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. The frame in the spare room had no support bars so the mattress fell through when you sat on it. There were spiders and cobwebs everywhere and half the paint decor in the kitchen was missing. Just needs some general TLC. The unit didn’t get below 78 until about 2-3am. But, the host was accommodating to us checking in early.”

”Amazing for our girls trip”

”We felt at home here. Everyone had their own space and plenty of gathering space. Prompt responses to emails.”

”The property is beautiful, communication excellent, the kids absolutely loved pool and the games. I honestly wish I didnt have to put in this review but the bathrooms were absolutely filthy. I had to spend 2 hours scrubbing 4 bathrooms. The tile in the shower was covered in black and pink mold... my 4 year old showered in this before I noticed. I dont know what exactly happened but I highly suggest they advance their cleaning package as I do not think they can keep up with their current standard”
