”We travelled 3 people + 1 dog The room was pleasant, a big double + sofa bed, however there was no mini fridge. We paid extra 20£ for the dog but there was no bowls made available or dog bed which is fine as we took our own but as we were paying extra it should have been provided. Parking was paid but better price as guests of the hotel. We found it noisy and we had difficulty sleeping until 1am as there was people talking and banging doors so it wasn't restful. Not sure if its always like...

”I stayed there one night for business - i was in room 5, on the first floor, by the access door. The rooms are very noisy: poor soundproofing meant that noise came from the pub downstairs, the rooms on both side (I could hear my neighbours cough as clearly as if they were in my room) and outside (one window was soundproofed but not the french door leading on to the balcony - what is the point?) The room cleaning was ok but the bathroom did smell of mould, and the shower is full of it - please...

”1. There were many dead bees to start off with 2. Bedside lamps didn’t even work so we had to sleep with the main light on. 3. The pressure of the sink in the toilet was disastrous as it was too high and would go everywhere and the water kept turning on and off . 4. The main light kept flickering. 5. There was also no staff in the property and when we faced some problems in the night and we weren’t comfortable to phone them in the night .”
