”The staff were friendly, efficient and responded quickly to any issues. The pool was amazing, very clean as was the hot tub. My complaint is with the entry/exit doors on the North building. Between the wind and occupants not closing the doors gently, all you heard up until midnight was the slamming of those doors. It was very loud and kept us up most of the night. ”We were there for Easter. Everyone and kids showed up for Easter egg hunt but there was no Easter egg hunt. Staff claimed that we missed it! In front of 4 different parents. We all knew it was a lie. We were all there. We didn’t need to check out until later that day but in order to pack and enjoy Easter egg hunt with kids we had to pack up early that morning and load the car.
