”A great weekend getaway with such a relaxing view from the patio and a great space inside too. We walked to dinner two nights and both restaurants were very good. Rusty Hook sitting at the tiki bar with a sunset view was my favorite. Such a close drive to Caswell and Oak Island beaches. We enjoyed exploring Southport. The host was wonderful! We have another stay booked in a few weeks. Next time we hope to take the ferry over to Bald Head island for a little day trip.”

”If you are looking for someplace clean, you should definitely stay here, it was spotless. We loved the location, we were able to walk to everything in Southport and its just a short drive to Caswell Beach. My only issue was there was limited cell service and no secure internet. Although, that maybe a blessing in disguise for some.”

”It was great to be close to the beach (about a one block walk) and the beach at Freeman Park. The Boardwalk with shops/restaurants are about 1.5 miles from the condo, be aware that parking at the Boardwalk is $9/hr +tax. Parking at the condo is free :). The condo was cute and clean and has a small but nice balcony. The ocean is very close but you can’t really see much of it from the condo. Our teenage kids shared the sleeper sofa for the 2 nights we were there and said it was fine although...

”The management company, particularly Barbara, was very helpful and prompt in replying to all questions. Five stars for this! The house was spacious and accommodated our group of 13; however, the house is in need of updating. The dryer went out during our stay but was repaired but all appliances need to be upgraded. Pressure washing is needed for the exterior as we were unable to use the outdoor furniture due to the bird droppings and spider webs. Carpet is also in need of replacement. Although...
