The roomy villa has updated interior/furnishings, granite countertops in the kitchen/bathrooms, large TVs, ceiling fans in every room, Nest thermostat, WiFi and outdoor grill. The house was spacious and accommodated our group of 13; however, the house is in need of updating. The dryer went out during our stay but was repaired but all appliances need to be upgraded.
