”This is a very comfortable studio that served well as an alternative to a hotel for our quick Thanksgiving visit. The kitchenette is pretty limited, but the listing is accurate and the space worked great for us. The hosts were also kind and flexible with us.”

”I have stayed at many vacation rentals and this was by far the most organized, thoughtful rental. The owner provided excellent directions to the front door. You open the door to a welcoming foyer and then enter the studio space. This space was so well utilized. King bed, end tables, a two seater sofa, two chairs at the counter, full kitchen. They even provided milk in the fridge for the coffee!!!!! If I'm going to be picky the only thing I could not find was a corkscrew to open a bottle of...

”Stay was great! A short stay of only one night, but would stay here again for longer periods. The bed was extremely comfortable, the shower was large, and the fire pit was great for relaxing. ”

”So I don’t want to blow up a huge expectation and maybe you would be disappointed but we really loved this place. We stayed in the minimal tent accommodations as we like it that way and the experience was HUGE with the common area and other tents and campers along the creek with the water always singing the relaxing sounds creeks make. The stars were super bright at night and the AT trail a mile away is challenging and invigorating. Ask about the water fall swimming hole a few miles past the AT....

”Fawnhurst Rentals is an amazing gem! We cannot recommend this enough. The attention to detail from the furnishings/decorations, to the instructions, the sweet personal touches were outstanding. We enjoyed the hot tub and laundry, being able to cook a meal, and the back yard with fire pit. The hosts were extremely accommodating and were delightful. We can’t wait to visit again. A”
