Chalet't – Pohjois-Colorado Springs

”The location was a perfect stay for us. We wanted to do activities during the day and rest at night and it’s close enough to Colorado Springs that we could easily drive there in 30 minutes. Palmer Lake and Monument are also adorable. We had twin deer babies that would play in the yard every morning, one morning a giant cinnamon bear even made an appearance! You have a great view of the mountains and pikes peak, as well as elephant rock. Hot tub was clean, house was immaculate, beds were firm but...

”Hot tub and inside areas were very clean. Took some time to get used to the loft stairs since they were a bit steep, but sturdy. Felt secluded without being too far out of the way. Great views of the forest.”

”We had an amazing time staying here. The house was clean, fully stocked with everything we (family of 9) needed. The property is well maintained, gorgeous views (saw wildlife right outside the balcony). Close vicinity to restaurants, grocery stores and gas stations. Quiet, peaceful neighborhood. We went to Cave of the winds mountain park, Rafting on the Arkansas river, Hiking and to the top of Pikes Peak all attractions within driving distance. ”As soon as we arrived we saw that The kitchen sink was clogged with bad smell. We could not use the kitchen for dinner that night and had to struggle finding outside food with children traveling. Although the host arranged for the fix after 5 hrs , it was not a good experience we had. Even with Vrbo engaged in, the Host denied any compensation for the inconvenience caused.Rest all of the stay is good.Hope the host avoids these situations going forward.”
